Australia came to bat in the first innings and immediately were sent on the back foot by Jasprit Bumrah by took the wicket of Mitchell Marsh for a duck, the Australia innings were steadied by the likes of David Warner and Steve Smith both getting good start but could not capitalize on it, the Aussie middle order crumbled as no make a significant knock apart from Starc who dragged the Australia innings to 199, Jadeja was the standout wicket-taker for the Indian as he took 3 supported very well by Kuldeep and Ashwin the overall spin bowling was of the top class by the Indians today.
